Day 1: San Pedro de Atacama – Calama – Uyuni

Very early in the morning, we will pick you up from your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama and take you to the Calama airport.
- 6:00 a.m. – Flight Calama – Uyuni
You will board a direct or stopover flight to Uyuni (depending on availability), flying over the majestic Andes Mountains.
- 8:00 a.m. – Arrival in Uyuni and welcome
Upon arrival in Uyuni, our local team will be waiting for you to begin your adventure. After a brief introduction and time for breakfast, the expedition begins.
- 10:00 a.m. – Train Cemetery
We begin the visit with a place steeped in railway history: rusty locomotives that once connected Bolivia with Chile, now a photographic icon of the Altiplano.
- 11:00 a.m. – Colchani Village
Visit the village of Colchani, where you will learn about the traditional salt extraction and refining process.
